G.A. Training

PURE MUSCLE is a 12-week, hypertrophy-focused training system that incorporates some major compound movements such as the Barbell Squat, Conventional Deadlift, Barbell RDL, and Barbell Bench Press. Your training split will be generally organized as: Legs/Push/Pull/Rest/Legs/Upper/Rest. Be prepared for a significant amount of hard training volume!

No more skipping leg day! This program has been designed to supplement your current training regiment, especially if it lacks lower body work. Expect to train legs twice per week with barbell work included in the programming.

Block 2 consists of the second four weeks of the Legs Only training system.

The first Powerbuild training system we've ever written, the goal of this program is to stack on muscle and strength simultaneously, a feat quite difficult yet extremely possible. This 12-week program incorporates a uniquely front-loaded design in which your heaviest compounds will be hit earlier in the week and your highest volume days will be towards the end. Put simply, your main powerlifting work will be done the first half of the week and your main bodybuilding work will be done in the second half.

FRONT-LOADED

The second Powerbuild training system we've ever written, the goal of this program is to stack on muscle and strength simultaneously, a feat quite difficult yet extremely possible. This 12-week program uses a more typical approach to the powerbuild-style of training. In short, your strength and hypertrophy work is evenly distributed throughout the week with each day prioritizing your main compound movement(s) first, followed by higher volume in your bodybuilding accessories.

BALANCED

RAW STRENGTH is the first ever strength training system we've ever written. It's loaded with hard sets and accessories so be prepared to WORK. This training system leverages lots of straight working sets and harder intensity progressions to elicit strong adaptations, however is balanced by its shorter training frequency which allows for a bit more recovery between sessions. 

This is program is a great pick if you're an athlete who isn't quite a powerlifter but is definitely looking to get into strength training.

Powerlifting

RAW STRENGTH

Modern Power Vol. 1 is a very calculated and systematic beginner's powerlifting program. Gavin Adin collaborated with full-time Physical Therapist and powerlifting coach, Dr. John Song, to create a training system best suited for powerlifters interested in maximizing their ability to express extreme strength in the Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. Volume 1 is a beginner powerlifting program and has a strong focus on improving strength and technique in the major movements.

MP VOL. 1

Gavin's 8-week Peak is the exact programming used to prepare for both the 2024 SBD Sheffield in which I set a new World Record in the squat, and the 2024 Powerlifting America National Championship where I totaled 895kg. This 8-week prep helped me achieve my greatest performances in the sport thus far and I'm confident it can do the same for you.

What makes this an advanced program is the extreme fatigue management, the bigger intensity jumps week-to-week, and the technique required to be proficient in execution since our volume in the main movements is fairly low. It's extremely important that lifters who use this program have a good understanding of and appreciation for pacing and making sure they can keep a good, consistent progression across the weeks of each block. That said, any level lifter can use this training system!

Bench Only is a training system designed to increase your proficiency and maximum strength output in the Barbell Bench Press. We highly recommend this program for people who are well-acquainted with bench pressing and strength training.

BENCH ONLY

HIGH VOLUME is a hard-hitting 4-week training system meant to make you work your a** off in the gym. Weight resistance training is absolutely imperative when trying to shed body fat; not only will this program help you maintain or even build muscle during your cut, it will also provide a firm foundation for a strong hypertrophy or even strength training program.  This program was designed to be a short and sweet training protocol for people looking to burn body fat fast.
